Foundation Waterproofing
Repairing a leak in a foundation can be as simple as restructuring the outer landscape of the premises being very affordable and relatively inexpensive. Other leaks are as complicated as installing special systems in the ground with pumps, piping, drain fields, etc… It is important to us that these jobs are done right…the first time, and built to last…especially in Idaho’s sporadic brutal weather.
We don’t believe in the need to spend any more of your hard-earned money than is necessary to fix a problem. By sad experience, we often see time and time again: People try to fix a complex flooding issue themselves (which can be admirable), and if it is simple enough, we will suggest that. Other times, we will see companies with no background whatsoever in this field try to remedy the problem failing miserably. In effect, we have found over the years that we are typically fixing a problem that others have “fixed” multiple times. This can be VERY frustrating for the customer…understandably. We make it a point to check, double-check, and even triple-check a leak issue before we start spending the customers hard earned money. It’s important to us that the customer feels they got their money’s worth when we have finished the job.
